In this 3-day course we’re taking an in-depth look at building production-ready generative AI solutions on AWS.
The Advanced Generative AI Development on AWS course is designed for developers who want to master the implementation of generative AI that meets enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and reliability. It follows a path from experimentation to production and covers the whole generative AI stack, from foundation models to enterprise integration patterns. Topics include foundation model selection and resilient system design, multi-modal data processing, vector databases and retrieval augmentation, prompt engineering and governance, agentic AI with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and AI safety and security.
You will also learn how to optimize performance and manage costs through token efficiency and caching, how to monitor and troubleshoot generative AI applications, how to build testing and validation frameworks for continuous quality assurance, and how to integrate solutions into enterprise environments using secure, compliant, and scalable patterns. The course combines presentations, demonstrations, group exercises, and hands-on labs, in which you will develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, create a conversation pattern with the Amazon Bedrock APIs, and build secure and responsible generative AI with Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock.
This course is aimed at software developers and technical professionals. It is recommended that attendees have completed AWS Technical Essentials and Generative AI Essentials on AWS, have 2 or more years of experience building production-grade applications on AWS or with open-source technologies (or general AI/ML or data engineering experience), and have 1 year of hands-on experience implementing generative AI solutions.
