The Exam Prep: AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) course is a foundational-level day designed to help you assess how ready you are for the exam, which validates in-demand knowledge of AI, machine learning (ML), and generative AI concepts and use cases. You will explore the key areas covered on the exam and see how they relate to developing AI and ML solutions on the AWS platform.
The course includes subject overview presentations, exam-style questions, use cases, and group discussions and activities. We walk through the five exam domains: fundamentals of AI and ML, fundamentals of generative AI, applications of foundation models, guidelines for responsible AI, and security, compliance, and governance for AI solutions. Along the way you will review exam-style sample questions to learn how to recognize incorrect responses, identify gaps in your understanding, and pick up strategies for tackling questions effectively. By the end of the day you will be able to describe the scope and content tested by the exam, evaluate your preparation strategy, and examine and differentiate between use cases.
This course is intended for anyone preparing for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam. No specific training is required beforehand, but it helps to be familiar with core AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and Amazon SageMaker AI, and to have up to six months of exposure to AI and ML technologies on AWS. Familiarity with the shared responsibility model, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), the AWS global infrastructure, and AWS service pricing models is also recommended.
