In this 2-day Tech Adjacent course, a lecture-based introduction for decision makers, we’re looking at how cloud technology, data and AI can drive digital transformation in your organization.
The Cloud Digital Leader course gives you foundational knowledge of cloud technology, data, artificial intelligence and the Google Cloud products that enable digital transformation. Over six modules you will learn why the cloud is transforming business, cloud computing models and the shared responsibility model, and the trade-offs between IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. You will also explore the value of data and Google Cloud data management solutions, how organizations innovate with Google Cloud’s AI and machine learning solutions, and options for infrastructure and application modernization.
The course finishes with the fundamentals of cloud security and Google’s trusted infrastructure, and how to optimize cloud costs and achieve operational excellence. The goal is that you and your teams can contribute with confidence to cloud-related business initiatives.
The course is aimed at business decision makers at all management levels, in product, projects, operations, finance, people management, sales, marketing and client management, as well as anyone fairly new to cloud technology. No prior technical knowledge is required, just good knowledge of your own business, products, services and industry.
