Empower Decision Makers with Generative AI helps you understand what generative AI is, how it differs from other types of AI, and how it can drive innovation and efficiency in your organization. You will look at the different personas in an organization and the Google Cloud services that suit each of them, from Workspace for the business audience to Agent Studio, Model Garden and Agent Platform for other groups, and see real-world use cases across industries such as retail, automotive, software development and financial services.
During the day you will work on a case study, brainstorming, evaluating and prioritizing generative AI use cases for your own organization. The course also covers the pillars of Responsible AI, data privacy and security, and why prompt design matters, including how to write effective prompts.
The course is aimed at business users, business leaders and decision makers, and has no stated prerequisites. By the end you will be equipped to make informed decisions about implementing AI solutions.
