Generative AI Leader
In this 2-day Tech Adjacent course we’re taking a lecture-based journey from a broad overview of generative AI to leading organizational transformation with gen AI and Google Cloud.
Generative AI Leader is designed for business professionals of all levels and roles who want to contribute to their company’s gen AI transformation. You start by looking at how gen AI changes organizations across business functions and industries, the core concepts behind it, foundation models and responsible AI. You then navigate the gen AI landscape, from applications and agents to platforms, models and infrastructure, and learn which Google Cloud products and solutions support implementing and scaling gen AI initiatives.
The course also covers prompting techniques, using gen AI for productivity with Gemini for Google Workspace and Gemini for Google Cloud, and how agents are built and how they can improve the customer experience. Over 20 classroom activities, from discussions to try-it exercises such as hands-on time with the Gemini app, a prioritization exercise and an augmentation-or-automation activity, keep it practical. You finish with the steps Google Cloud recommends for deploying a transformational gen AI solution and how to lead that change.
