This 3-hour Cloud Hero session is a gamified, hands-on challenge for taking your first steps in the Google Cloud console.
Infra Skills 1 is built around four hands-on labs. You start with a tour of the Google Cloud hands-on labs environment, then create a virtual machine. Next you get started with Cloud Shell and the gcloud command-line tool, and you finish by exploring Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for deploying and managing containerized applications.
The session is for anyone who is brand new to the Google Cloud console. Familiarity with a standard Linux text editor such as vim, emacs or nano is helpful.
