The Strategic Leadership for Agentic AI Transformation session quickly frames the characteristics and benefits of agentic solutions, how they differ from other AI and non-AI tools, and what they mean for workforce skills and the balance between augmentation and automation. You will establish the key drivers of organizational success with agentic transformation, grounded in the Agentic Transformation Framework (ATF), which focuses on addressing business problems, measuring value over activity, and building the organizational structure and policy you need.
You will become familiar with the core structure of the ATF, Strategy, Ecosystem and Value, along with capabilities such as data, security and governance, and conclude by identifying value-driving next steps. There is a particular focus on the executive role in sponsorship, business alignment and championing cross-organizational initiatives.
The session is aimed at executives and senior leaders who plan to lead their company and teams through agentic transformation.
