Identify Agentic AI Use Cases

This 2-3 hour Cloud Sparks session is a short, interactive workshop on finding the right places to use agentic AI in your organization.

Identify Agentic AI Use Cases is designed for leaders and decision makers involved in use case selection and agent design. It starts by framing the characteristics and benefits of agentic solutions so everyone shares an understanding of what agents are and how they differ from other AI. The core of the session is the Agentic Transformation Framework (ATF), which covers identifying initiatives with high potential, reimagining processes and systems, defining and prioritizing use cases, running responsible AI workshops and doing high-level agent design.

Attendees get their first hands-on experience with ATF activities and tools. You will practice breaking down agentic touchpoints in a business process into discrete, buildable use cases, redesigning process maps for human-agent collaboration, prioritizing use cases by business value, organizational impact and technical feasibility, and creating high-level agent designs with a Responsible AI risk assessment.

The session is aimed at senior individual contributors and managers involved in use case selection and agent design. General familiarity with generative AI and agentic solutions is expected, along with strong familiarity with the business domains and processes you want to address.
