Change Management for an AI Mindset on Google Cloud

This 2-3 hour Cloud Sparks session is a short, interactive look at the people side of adopting agentic AI.

In Change Management for an AI Mindset on Google Cloud, leaders and change agents get structured frameworks and psychological insights to drive a successful organizational shift towards agentic AI. The focus is deliberately not on technical deployment, but on diagnosing organizational readiness, reducing adoption friction and building a sustainable enablement ecosystem.

Through practical modules and real-world scenarios, participants explore the psychological friction forces that stall AI transformation, such as identity threats and trust deficits, and learn to replace them with an empowerment narrative that stresses human augmentation over replacement. You will map stakeholder archetypes, design behavioral activation sequences and set up a change governance loop that connects behavioral indicators to business value. Along the way you also look at designing an AI literacy and upskilling ecosystem that closes workforce capability gaps.

The session is aimed first at transformation and enablement leads and HR and L&D leaders, and also at marketing and communications leaders and operational people managers. No prior change management experience is required. It is a companion to the Organizing for Success on Google Cloud: Building Your AI Center of Excellence Spark.
