Enterprise AI Governance Essentials for Everyone gives you the knowledge and practical tools to use AI safely, ethically and in compliance with the rules, whatever your technical background. The session is built around the idea that most governance failures are preventable with basic knowledge and by following the process. It starts with why AI governance matters to your daily work, the five universal governance principles and your own role in managing AI risk.
You then discuss three cautionary tales, a data leak, a biased hiring tool and a rogue chatbot, that show the financial and reputational cost of taking shortcuts, and learn to recognize warning signs and escalate appropriately. The session closes with a four-question governance decision framework, a practical governance toolkit and tips on building a governance culture, followed by a short quiz.
The session is aimed at all employees who interact with AI systems, data or AI-enabled tools. No technical background is required, and the course lists no prerequisites.
