The Enterprise AI Governance Essentials - Optimization session gives you a roadmap for establishing and scaling AI governance and positioning it as a strategic differentiator. The emphasis is on the holistic approach, principles and key considerations of AI governance from a strategic perspective. Across three modules you will look at why AI governance matters now, how to scale governance excellence enterprise-wide, and how to optimize it as a competitive advantage, with discussions on topics such as navigating the complexity of global AI and moving from cost center to value creator.
You will learn to develop an AI governance strategy aligned with business objectives, build ROI models and stakeholder presentations for governance investments, design operating models that balance oversight with innovation speed, embed governance in company culture, and integrate it with enterprise risk management and board oversight.
The session is aimed primarily at C-suite and executive leadership, and secondarily at change management, risk, compliance, legal, product and technology leaders. A basic understanding of business strategy and organizational change management is expected, and the session is intended for people with 5 or more years in leadership roles with responsibility for technology or transformation initiatives.
