You will use Gemini for better communication, content generation and data analysis, Gemini Notebook to securely query and synthesise information into grounded, verifiable insights, and Gemini Enterprise to automate administrative tasks and cross-application workflows.
The session starts with prompt guidelines and then moves through six modules, each with demos: Gemini for Workspace, Gemini Notebook, Gemini Enterprise, custom Gems for tailored content, project frameworks and strategic prompts, and finally a scenario that combines the tools into one solution. The aim is to apply AI effectively and ethically, save time and improve the quality of your output.
The session is aimed at project managers, team leads, marketing managers, HR business partners, business analysts, operations specializts, product managers, strategists, content creators, administrative professionals and any professional who wants to be more productive with AI. You should have basic Google Workspace, Gemini and Gemini Notebook skills; theory and in-depth explanations of the tools are not covered.
