Google AI Integration for Human Resources combines presentations and demos to show HR professionals how Gemini, Gemini Notebook and Agentspace can automate tasks, improve communication and surface insights from HR data. With Gemini in Google Workspace you see how to draft job descriptions, summarize candidate interview notes, write employee communications, outline onboarding plans and analyze themes in survey feedback in Sheets.
With Gemini Notebook you learn to answer employee policy questions accurately, generate policy FAQs, synthesize onboarding materials, draft internal communications from official sources and analyze themes in anonymized feedback and exit interviews. The session ends with Agentspace, showing how to automate repetitive HR tasks and make processes more efficient. Along the way you compare how long HR tasks take with and without Gemini and evaluate the time savings and clearer communication.
The session is aimed at employee relations specializts, recruiters, HR generalists and HR managers. Participants should have basic familiarity with Google apps, Google Workspace skills and Gemini features.
