Google AI Integration for Legal shows legal professionals how to use Gemini, Gemini Notebook and Gemini Enterprise to transform everyday legal workflows. After an introduction to effective prompt structure, you see Gemini used for first-pass contract review, drafting standard letters and spotting trends in legal data. You then see how Gemini Notebook can securely query and synthesize large collections of legal documents, regulatory texts and internal policies, with answers you can verify through source citations, for example to build a grounded regulatory knowledge base, find gaps in a regulatory analysis or research case law.
The session continues with Gemini Enterprise, where demos show how routine review tasks and compliance workflows can be automated, such as preparing for a client deposition, contract review and follow-up, and clause discovery and anomaly detection. Two appendices cover designing custom Legal Gems for consistent contract analysis and policy creation, and a unified solution that combines Gemini Notebook and Gemini to produce data-backed legal memos. Throughout, you compare working with and without AI assistance and consider what matters when bringing Gemini Enterprise into legal operations.
The session is aimed at in-house counsel, paralegals, compliance officers, contract managers, legal operations specializts, legal support staff and policy writers. Participants should be familiar with Google apps and Google Workspace, and have basic Gemini, Gemini Notebook and Gemini Enterprise skills, as well as an understanding of legal terminology, contract structures and regulatory compliance principles. In-depth theory on Google AI tools is not covered.
