This 2-3 hour Cloud Sparks session is a short, demo-driven look at using Google AI tools in operations.
Google AI Integration for Operations shows operations professionals how Gemini, Gemini Notebook and Agentspace can streamline everyday processes, speed up work and surface insights from operational data. In three modules you will see Gemini in Workspace used for drafting SOPs and process documentation, analyzing data and building dashboards in Sheets, writing internal communications, creating project plans and task lists, and summarizing meeting notes into action items.
You will also see Gemini Notebook Enterprise used to securely query SOPs and synthesize manuals into grounded training materials and communications, and Agentspace used to automate core operational tasks such as performance monitoring and supply chain management. The format is a mix of presentations and use-case demos, with an emphasis on applying AI effectively and ethically.
The course is aimed at operations managers, process improvement specializts, operations analysts, supply chain coordinators, project managers, logistics planners and quality assurance leads. It is not a deep dive into the tools, so participants should bring basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Gemini, Gemini Notebook and Agentspace, along with process optimization and supply chain fundamentals.
