In Automation with Gemini for Google Workspace Essentials you learn how generative AI can make everyday work in Workspace faster and more efficient. After a short introduction to generative AI, its potential and limitations, the Gemini for Workspace Enterprise features and responsible use, the session works through Gmail, Google Meet and Google Drive.
You will write and refine email drafts with Gemini in Gmail, create custom meeting backgrounds and use translated captions in Google Meet, and use Gemini in Drive to find files, ask questions about one or more of them and synthesize information across Workspace and web searches.
The course is for anybody who wants to use Gemini in Google Workspace to be more productive. It does not cover the basics of Google Workspace or generative AI, so a little familiarity with both is helpful.
