Gemini Enterprise Essentials for Business and Power Users covers the basics of generative AI, the difference between keyword searching and prompting, and best practices for prompt design. You then take a guided tour of Gemini Enterprise for enterprise-wide search and assistance, including natural-language search and chatting with your own files, and see how Gemini Notebook gives you deeper insights into your proprietary documents.
The second half is about agents. You learn about the range of agents available in Gemini Enterprise, see how the Deep Research agent handles complex research, and get an overview of Agent Designer. In demos you watch no-code agents being built, from a single-step welcome email draft agent to a multi-step company financial analysis agent. The session ends with a product comparison, a quiz, Q&A and a feedback survey.
The session is aimed at Gemini Enterprise business users who want to understand the full feature set, and at power users who will use Agent Designer to build their own agents. There are no prerequisites, and people with varying levels of AI experience are welcome.
