Productivity with Gemini for Google Workspace - Essentials gives you an overview of the main features of Gemini and how they improve productivity and efficiency. You start with what generative AI can and cannot do, its potential, challenges and limitations, and how to use Gemini responsibly. Then you go through the Workspace apps one by one.
In Gmail you write and refine email drafts with Gemini. In Docs you generate and refine written content and proofread for spelling, grammar, style and word choice. In Slides you create images and add a style to them, and in Sheets you create project plans and trackers and edit prompts to produce new versions of your tables.
The session is open to anybody who wants to use Gemini in Google Workspace to work more efficiently. No special prerequisites are listed.
