This 2-3 hour Cloud Sparks session is a short, interactive introduction to automating collaboration with Google Workspace Studio.
Google Workspace Studio: Automating Collaboration is designed for non-technical employees who want to reclaim their time from manual busy work. You will see how agentic AI can move you from routine tasks to more strategic productivity, using Google Workspace Studio, a no-code platform for building, testing and managing intelligent agents.
In three modules you spot common workflow bottlenecks, navigate Workspace Studio and its Gmail integrations, and see how to build flows from templates, with prompting or from scratch. You will also learn how to review, maintain and govern agents in Gmail, and watch demos applying it all to scenarios such as lost paperwork, a flood of customer service requests and a supply chain crisis, including governance and limitations.
The course is for non-technical corporate employees, administrative and operations staff, project managers, team leads and general knowledge workers. Participants should have basic Google Workspace skills, access to Google Workspace Studio, and basic knowledge of Gemini Gems and agentic AI. Setting up Gemini Gems and advanced API connectivity or custom connectors are not covered.
