Technical AI Governance Essentials - Foundations offers a roadmap for organizations that want to mature their AI governance capabilities from a hands-on, technical perspective. The goal is to help you establish, integrate and orchestrate AI governance platforms, and to position technical governance as an enabler of speed and innovation rather than a brake. The emphasis is on the holistic approach, the architecture and the implementation in a real-world context.
The session is divided into three parts: the why, what and how of AI governance, setting up infrastructure and designing architecture patterns for governance by design, and finally integrating and unifying the platform, with strategies across organizational scales, advanced optimization and automation, and platform designs for governance-as-a-service. Discussions, quiz questions and a tabletop exercise on a corrupted data incident keep it interactive.
The session is aimed at technical practitioners and technical-adjacent roles such as data scientists, MLOps engineers, data engineers, cloud security architects and technical leads who design, build and maintain AI systems. Participants should have experience in a technical role, such as implementing production systems as a software engineer, solution architect or security professional.
