Data Engineering Solutions Lab
In this 2-week course we’re taking an immersive, hands-on look at data engineering on Google Cloud, in the form of the Data Engineering Solutions Lab.
The Data Engineering Solutions Lab is a 10-day, focused learning experience that quickly upskills your team on Google Cloud data engineering principles and best practices. It starts with five days of expert-led training sessions and hands-on labs on key data engineering topics such as data warehousing, data pipelines and data quality, so participants learn to design robust, scalable data warehousing and pipeline architectures.
The second five days are a collaborative capstone project. Participants work together on a real-world data engineering use case and solve it with Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery and Dataflow.
The program is aimed at data engineers, solution architects and developers who want to implement robust data engineering solutions. It is an advanced program, and participants should have completed Modernizing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses with Google Cloud, Building Batch Data Pipelines on Google Cloud and Building Resilient Streaming Analytics Systems on Google Cloud.
