Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure uses lectures and labs to show you the value of Google Cloud and how to incorporate cloud-based solutions into your business strategies. It is available as an instructor-led course and on demand.
Over 9 modules, you learn how infrastructure is organized and controlled in Google Cloud, how to create basic infrastructure, and how to select and use the different storage options. You also look at the purpose and value of Google Kubernetes Engine and at use cases for serverless services, and get to try your hands on 4 labs and a number of classroom activities.
The course is aimed at individuals planning to deploy applications and create application environments on Google Cloud, including developers, systems operations professionals and solution architects who are starting out, as well as executives and business decision makers evaluating what Google Cloud can do for their business. Familiarity with application development, systems operations, Linux and data analytics or machine learning is helpful but not required.
