Networking in Google Cloud

In this 3-day course we’re taking a look at designing and deploying networking in Google Cloud.

The Networking in Google Cloud course builds on the concepts from Networking Fundamentals in Google Cloud. Through presentations, demonstrations and labs, participants explore and deploy Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks, subnets and firewalls, interconnection among networks, load balancing, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN and Cloud NAT, and learn about common network design patterns.

Across 14 modules and 12 labs, you will configure VPC networks and routers, control administrative and network access, implement load balancing and traffic management, and use Cloud CDN to reduce latency. You will also set up private connectivity and hybrid and multi-cloud links with Cloud VPN and Cloud Interconnect, monitor and troubleshoot with VPC Flow Logs, Packet Mirroring and Cloud Monitoring, and secure your network with Google Cloud Armor, Cloud Firewall, Cloud IDS and Secure Web Proxy.

The course is aimed at network engineers and administrators who use the Google Cloud console or plan to, and at anyone who wants to be exposed to software-defined networking in the cloud. It is available as an instructor-led course and on demand.
