AB-100: Architecting agentic AI business solutions
The Architecting Agentic AI Business Solutions course is an advanced three-day programme for architects, senior consultants and technical leaders who plan, design and govern AI-powered solutions on Microsoft platforms. Participants explore how agents, copilots and generative AI can automate tasks, improve decision-making and enrich employee and customer experiences, with the emphasis on architecture, trade-offs, governance, cost and benefit, and lifecycle management rather than step-by-step configuration.
The course suits experienced professionals working with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Azure AI services, and assumes familiarity with Microsoft business applications, cloud concepts and solution architecture fundamentals. It is not an exam-cram course, but it builds the design judgement that makes a strong foundation for the AB-100 exam and the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification.
