AB-620: Design and build integrated AI agent solutions in Copilot Studio
Take your Copilot Studio skills from simple agents to production-ready, multi-agent solutions in this three-day intermediate course. You will design agent architectures, configure advanced behaviours, connect agents to enterprise data, systems and services, and learn how to test, deploy, monitor and manage them through their application lifecycle, so they can automate real cross-system business processes.
The course is aimed at advanced builders and professional developers who already have hands-on experience building agents in Copilot Studio. You should have an intermediate understanding of generative AI concepts, be comfortable working with REST APIs and know your way around the wider Microsoft cloud platform. Throughout, you will apply sound design, security, governance and responsible AI practices.
Completing the course prepares you for the Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate certification.
