Take Microsoft 365 Copilot beyond its out-of-the-box abilities by building your own agents. This intermediate course shows you how to use Microsoft Copilot Studio to create low-code, declarative agents that give Copilot custom knowledge, tools and connectors, so it can support the specific needs of you and your team.
Through hands-on labs you will build an agent, configure its knowledge sources and conversational instructions, set up the tools it can use, and publish it to your Microsoft 365 Copilot environment. You finish with the practical skills to create specialised agents that make Copilot more personal, efficient and useful across your organisation.
The course is aimed at people who want to use Copilot Studio to improve individual and team productivity, including app makers and developers. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot is expected before you start.
